For incorrect, missing, incomplete or damaged items:

If you receive a product in error or find it damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will gladly work to correct the issue.

For returns & refunds:

Due to the nature of our products and concerns over safety and contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item (soaps, skin care, body care, candles) leaves our premise.
